Updates dev to the merged submodule work:

• LoopSupport: build details on the instantiation event (Include build details on the instantiation event LoopSupport#38); Report a Problem from LoopSupport (Provide Report a Problem from LoopSupport LoopSupport#40)
• Loop:
  • submit issue reports to the LoopKit developers, require iOS 17.6 (Submit issue reports to the LoopKit developers; require iOS 17.6 Loop#2586)
  • daily analytics summary, settings state and device models (Daily analytics summary, settings state and device models Loop#2588)
  • muted loop-not-running test fix (Make the muted loop-not-running test wait for the reschedule Loop#2592)
  • Report a Problem options from support plugins (Leave the Report a Problem options to support plugins Loop#2595)
• OmnipodKit: simplified PKA view and refresh margin (Simplified PKA view describing background options w/o refresh timing interval details loopandlearn/OmnipodKit#194); shared Signal Loss test for the pump view and HUD (Have pump view use common test using next-dev style inSignalLoss var loopandlearn/OmnipodKit#195)
