…kpoint at sprint end Greenfield projects with large Epics stall in the loop: exhausted review rounds, preflight holds and packet limits stop the agent, and no human gate is left to answer. Autopilot keeps requirements, sources and red-first tests, lets the agent answer entry gates under a recorded human grant, turns process refusals into logged gap records, asks product questions without waiting (reversible ones become recorded assumptions), and moves the human checkpoint to one independent review and one completion page at sprint end. Hard-to-undo decisions, merges, and completion stay human. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Main's wording is kept; autopilot adds only its own lines. The autopilot table's packet row now refers to completeness before review, since #30 removed the page bound. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Why
Greenfield projects with large Epics stall in the loop. In a real session, 50 prompts didn't move the work, because:
None of these is enforced by the server. They are stops in the instructions (USER:2026-09-29, Pasi).
What autopilot is
A human grants it once, for a scope and until a date. It is recorded with its

This is process material, so it is meta-work for this repository and has no requirement record.
Rollout
Independent of #31 (small-change lane). Both add a subsection under Work scope, so the second one merged needs a trivial rebase. It reaches consumers when the
modernpathCLI kit re-pins and a CLI release ships, after production promotion.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
