[do not merge] Enable trusted apps in dependencies

This branch tries to envision what NSS 5.0 will look like, by putting together the last unmerged pieces of the puzzle:

• the new getTrustedModesForOrigin function in acl-check
• the code that uses it
• the data browser's new pane for adding/removing trusted apps

Once all these PRs have been merged, we can delete this branch again.

There's something funny about how @solid/acl-check is installed, so to try it out:

npm install
npm link ../acl-check # have my fix-feature-trusted-app branch here
npm  test

I will study #1122 some more so I can understand how to merge it without getting loads of failing tests.

Also: #1118 was merged and then reverted, so it should be included again here.

Current status: the test for trusted app is still failing, it's not working correctly yet:

• it now fetches the aclDoc before trying to read from it, which is a step in the right direction
• it is determing the doc owner correctly, but not fetching the owner's profile, so that's why that test still fails.

Will continue looking into that tomorrow!

Current status:

• trying to get travis green (think i'm almost there, it's passing locally)
• Seeing 'Unauthorized' on https://localhost:8443/authorize?scope=openid&client_id=3e436b3a0999ae143692060af9192233&response_type=id_token&request=eyJhbGciOiJu... when trying to log in from https://pheyvaer.github.io/solid-chess/ - will look at that with @kjetilk tomorrow!
• neither @kjetilk nor I have access to npm publish https://www.npmjs.com/package/solid-panes and https://www.npmjs.com/package/mashlib - I asked @melvincarvalho to help with that, we'll see tomorrow how we can get both those packages published via npm. For now, in this test branch, I disabled the Travis setting that forbids github dependencies.
