feat(phase-2): Content Collections로 articles/til 실데이터 라우트를 연결한다

스택: base feat/phase-1.5-visual ← head feat/phase-2-content — Phase 1.5(#58)이 먼저 머지돼야 이 디프가 맞다.

왜

Phase 1.5까지는 mock 데이터와 정적 목업만 있어 실제 MD/MDX 글을 Collections로 렌더할 수 없었다. 기존 Next.js 블로그 6편과 tags/home 라우트를 Content Layer에 연결하지 않으면 Phase 3(quiz)와 Phase 4(Pagefind) 진입점이 없다.
