Bumps seven submodules on next-dev to pick up everything merged since #562.

Loop

• Redesigned glucose alarm sounds and a per-alarm sound picker Loop#2597 (@dnzxy): redesigned glucose alarm sounds, with themed sound sets and a sound picker for each alarm.
• Include override history in the critical event logs Loop#2616: override history in the critical event logs.

LoopKit

• Export override history as a critical event log LoopKit#668: exports override history as a critical event log, which Include override history in the critical event logs Loop#2616 uses.

LoopAlgorithm

• Fix inverted time factors in mixed glucose/time unit conversions LoopAlgorithm#15 (@sbalint): fixes inverted time factors in mixed glucose/time unit conversions.

G7SensorKit

• Remove Dexcom Share follower management G7SensorKit#96 (@dnzxy): removes Dexcom Share follower management, keeping upload only, and recovers when Share refuses a recovery step.

OmnipodKit

• Refuse a pod session without a handshake; decode the LTK and BLE handle separately loopandlearn/OmnipodKit#201: refuses a pod session that has no handshake, and decodes the LTK and BLE handle separately.

LoopSupport

• Put the report name in the subject when sharing the diagnostic report (next-dev) LoopSupport#46: puts the report name in the email subject when sharing the diagnostic report.

RoundWhiteDiscKit

• Declare Event's Sendable conformance out of line airedev326/RoundWhiteDiscKit#1 (@dnzxy): declares Event's Sendable conformance out of line, which fixes a SwiftFormat parse failure.

Every other submodule was already at the tip of its branch. Built with the LoopWorkspace scheme on Xcode 27.1 for the simulator (19 plugins).
