Still no toolchain in the docker image:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:39 (project):
  The CMAKE_C_COMPILER:

    xtensa-mt8186-elf-gcc

  is not a full path and was not found in the PATH.

Docker image is uploaded and uploaded.

build_byt_gcc  build_icl_gcc  build_imx8x_gcc    build_mt8195_gcc  build_tgl_gcc

Especially build_mt8186_gcc and build_mt8195_gcc are built fine.
