Panic info include filename and line number that panic called, dump this
info when panic happen. And output panic info when panic happen to help
debug.

…lock

Lockdep debug reported lock inversion related with the iommu code
caused by dmar_insert_one_dev_info() grabbing the iommu->lock and
the device_domain_lock out of order versus the code path in
iommu_flush_dev_iotlb(). Expanding the scope of the iommu->lock and
reversing the order of lock acquisition fixes the issue.

free_handle() for a foreign handle may race with inter-page compaction,
what can lead to memory corruption.

To avoid that, take write lock not read lock in free_handle to be
synchronized with __release_z3fold_page().

For example KASAN can detect it:

This reverts commit eb9aecd

The above patch is supposed to fix a register index error on mt2701. It
is not clear if the problem solved is a hang or just an invalid value
returned, my guess is the second. The patch introduces, though, a new
hang on MT8173 device making them unusable. So, seems reasonable, revert
the patch because introduces a worst issue.

The reason I send a revert instead of trying to fix the issue for MT8173
is because the information needed to fix the issue is in the datasheet
and is not public. So I am not really able to fix it.

Fixes the following bug when CONFIG_MTK_THERMAL is set on MT8173
devices.

2d186af ("profiling: fix shift-out-of-bounds bugs") limits shift
value by [0, BITS_PER_LONG -1], which means [0, 63].

However, syzbot found that the max shift value should be the bit number of
(_etext - _stext). If shift is outside of this, the "buffer_bytes" will
be zero and will cause kzalloc(0). Then the kernel panics due to
dereferencing the returned pointer 16.

This can be easily reproduced by passing a large number like 60 to enable
profiling and then run readprofile.

ACPICA commit 49fe4f25483feec2f685b204ef19e28d92979e95

In Haiku, semaphores are represented by integers, not pointers.
So, we can't use NULL as the invalid/destroyed value, the correct value
is -1. Introduce a platform overridable define to allow this.

Fixes thesofproject#162 (which was closed after coming to the conclusion that this
should be done, but the change was never done).

apply_to_pte_range() enters the lazy MMU mode and then invokes
kasan_populate_vmalloc_pte() callback on each page table walk iteration.
However, the callback can go into sleep when trying to allocate a single
page, e.g. if an architecutre disables preemption on lazy MMU mode enter.

On s390 if make arch_enter_lazy_mmu_mode() -> preempt_enable() and
arch_leave_lazy_mmu_mode() -> preempt_disable(), such crash occurs:
