Add type stubs for django-filter #14539
Description
django-filter is a popular Django library for filtering querysets but lacks type stubs in typeshed.

Adding stubs would provide better IDE support and type checking for the Django community.

Great idea!
Maybe it's worth opening an issue in
django-filtersrepository to push the idea of adding types directly to the packge (which is preferable). Sorry, but I just haven't found such an issue, it would be nice if someone shared a link to the discussions of adding types to the package itselfEDIT: I found PR carltongibson/django-filter#1585 and judging by the latest messages this idea may be feasible
