curl_setopt_ssl.phpt is intermittently failing on macOS #12901
Did you find why cURL is failing intermittently on macOS? We've updated our machines recently and one of our projects has begun to fail like this, but our testing environment on Ubuntu doesn't have the problem.
So I got it merged and tried to re-enable it in #19662 but it's failing so it's not because of the mixed library but it more looks like the test is the actual issue. It might be best to rewrite it.

Seems CI confines problem, the test passes locally.

I had a look into this one and it might be potentially due to mixing library versions. So once #19472 gets merged, it might be worth to retry this.
Use the default OpenSSL version for MacOS to match libs

I bet it should be fixed after #19925
but with curl 8.19 it fails with different reason #21515
