The ubuntu-20.04 runner is gone, so the GitHub Pages deploy was cancelled on every push. numtide.cachix.org is deprecated, so drop the cachix step too. Assisted-by: Claude Code (claude-opus-5) Change-Id: I80ca3880ca462b87f7cb6a88d4338c381419a397

ci: drop the build and flakes jobs (#382)
nixbot builds every flake output and check of devshell. The Actions matrix duplicated it and ran on runners that GitHub retired (ubuntu-20.04, macos-11, macos-12), so main stayed red.The template devshell sanity check is not covered by a flake check.
