nixbot builds every flake output and check of devshell. The Actions matrix duplicated it and ran on runners that GitHub retired (ubuntu-20.04, macos-11, macos-12), so main stayed red. The ubuntu-20.04 runner is gone, so the GitHub Pages deploy was cancelled on every push. numtide.cachix.org is deprecated, so drop the cachix step too.
