Bumps MI_VERSION to 2.2.1 and the version strings in the docs. The docs stop describing the sm_7x refusals that #13 removed: the VAE encoder paths run there, runtime LoRAs are merged at load, Turing's q8_fp16 runs when it is given, and control adapters are still refused.

Version 2.2.1: #13 (sm_75: the VAE encoder and runtime LoRAs run on Turing, with review fixes) and #9 (README priorities). Bumps MI_VERSION to 2.2.1 and the version strings in the docs.
The docs stop describing the sm_7x refusals that #13 removed: img2img, inpainting, reference images and the hires fix run the VAE encoder there, runtime LoRAs are merged at load, Turing's
q8_fp16runs when it is given (an unset attention staysexact), and control adapters are still refused..github/scripts/release_version.py --tag v2.2.1accepts the header.
