Add feedback to the test explorer view to let the user know that tests are running.

There is already an indicator today in the status bar. Investigate how that works and replicate it on the Test Explorer view with a spinning icon or similar.

Test for completion:

  • Visual indicator is being shown when tests are running.
  • Visual indicator is idle or unseen when tests are not running.
