Duplicate processing when rerunning script. #6
Description
Kind of related to issue #2 the new files are saved as .autosubsync.srt which gets processed into .autosubsync.autosubsync.srt
Example Below. Tried on the latest when rerunning the container itself.

Ah, I noticed this regression with v0.0.3 shipped. It's fixed in v0.0.4 which is already released
