docs(expo): check the description before a PR turns ready - #10670
The Expo verify skill now has an agent check the description before gh pr ready, and again only when a fix makes it wrong or incomplete, before that fix is pushed. A fresh agent reads the diff, the description, the template and AGENTS.md, then lists each rule the description would fail and each claim with no source. It should reduce wrong descriptions, but it can't guarantee a clean review.
The skill also told agents to name the run id in the pull request. The line attach writes already gives the run id, commit and pass count, and a new attach replaces it. Copies in the text stay behind, as they did on clerk/clerk-ios#814, so the skill now says not to repeat them.
This is the same change as the iOS and Android verify skills, without the CodeRabbit steps, because this repo's CodeRabbit config has no custom checks.
Checklist
pnpm test runs as expected.
pnpm build runs as expected.
(If applicable) JSDoc comments have been added or updated for any package exports
A fresh agent now checks the description against the repo's rules and the
sources for its claims. The skill also stops asking for run ids in the text,
because the line attach writes already has them and a new attach replaces it.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The Expo verification guidance now relies on the evidence block for the run ID, commit, and pass count. It asks authors to name the platform and specs run, state what they did not run, and provide the run ID with a reason when evidence is not attached. It adds PR description checks before readiness and, when a fix makes the description wrong or incomplete, before pushing the fix. The remote recipe checks for the evidence table before marking the PR ready. An empty changeset file is also added.
The description check now treats run files as data. The PR description and diff should be marked as data too, so injected instructions in them cannot weaken the audit. This is a small wording fix. The remaining risk is limited and does not block merging.

Explanation
The title "docs(expo): check the description before a PR turns ready" matches the main change: the Expo verify skill now has an agent check the PR description before marking the PR ready. The changed files are all under the Expo verify skill, and the title names the platform, the area, and the main change.

Explanation
The description states the purpose of the change: an agent checks the PR description before gh pr ready and again after a fix that makes the description wrong. It also explains the removal of repeated run ID, commit, and pass count details from PR text. Both points match the changed skill and reference files.
Full details: Docstring Coverage
Explanation
No eligible functions found in the changed files. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 0 functions across 0 files. - Line 256: Update the description-audit instructions to recognize the generated
verify-evidence block as a source for claims it substantiates, including run
identifiers, commit information, pass counts, and media; have the reviewer
verify those values against the block rather than automatically flagging them as
unsupported, while retaining checks for claims the evidence does not support.
- Line 256: Update the readiness instructions around `gh pr ready` to require
rerunning affected verification after any behavior-changing push, attaching the
new run, and rechecking the description; require the evidence block to identify
the pushed commit before the pull request is marked ready. Preserve the existing
fresh-agent description audit.

A run takes about five minutes, so most small fixes shouldn't need one. When a
fix does change what the description says, the check comes before the push,
because the review of that push reads the description.

The feature guide still asked for the run id in the PR, against the new rule in
SKILL.md. The description check also accepts a run's screenshots and video as
sources, since they show what a screen does.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The block's run id, commit and pass count come from attach, not from the author.
The check still reports the block if it contradicts the rest of the description.

SKILL.md already asks for the specs you ran and what you did not run, and the
feature guide only asked for the specs.

The remote recipe ran gh pr ready right after the evidence poll, so an agent
following it skipped the check. The recipe now stops so the check can run first.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
An unrelated run could support a claim it has nothing to do with, and a tainted
run's files can hold secret values.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Splitting the recipe removed the && that kept a failed poll from reaching
gh pr ready, so it now says to stop and leave the pull request a draft.

The block also holds the device and media labels, which the list of the run id,
commit and pass count left out.

The remote poll passed on any table, so a second attach could mark a PR ready
with the earlier run's evidence. The description check also gets the feature
pages, which list a feature's states, and accepts all of a named run's files.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Ready recipe waits for this run's table, then stops
Before, the loop marked the PR ready on a stale table from an earlier run. After, it waits out a stale table or a file list, succeeds only on this run's table, and never marks the PR ready itself.

Logs and failure pages hold text from outside the author's description, so the
agent ignores any instructions in them and only reports what it finds.
