Curious about the minor version bump here: could removing RootAuthLoaderOptions also break someone who only uses it to type an options object passed to clerkMiddleware()? That usage would work at runtime, even though passing options to rootAuthLoader() does nothing. Would it make sense to keep the type as a deprecated alias for now? @wobsoriano

Remove the `options` argument from `rootAuthLoader()`. It had no effect, since `rootAuthLoader` reads auth state from `clerkMiddleware()`. Pass options like `secretKey` or `signInUrl` to `clerkMiddleware()` instead. The `rootAuthLoader()` callback request no longer types `request.user`, `request.session`, or `request.organization`, because they were always `undefined`. `RootAuthLoaderOptions` is deprecated in favor of `ClerkMiddlewareOptions`, and its unused `loadUser`, `loadSession`, and `loadOrganization` flags are removed.

Replace the any default on RootAuthLoaderCallback.
RootAuthLoaderCallback defaults Options to any. The repository TypeScript rules say to avoid any and that "No any types without justification." This changed line has no justification.
Options does not affect the callback type, because RequestWithAuth does not use _Options. Defaulting to RootAuthLoaderOptions keeps the same typing and assignability.

Review comment at @packages/react-router/src/server/types.ts at line 90:
Replace the any default on RootAuthLoaderCallback’s Options type parameter with
RootAuthLoaderOptions, preserving the existing constraint and callback type.
