fix(react-router): remove the ignored rootAuthLoader options - #10663
I forgot to remove this in #7796. That PR dropped the pre-middleware path from rootAuthLoader, so it now reads auth state only from clerkMiddleware(). I left the options argument in the types, though. So rootAuthLoader(args, { secretKey }) still typechecks and the key goes nowhere. loadUser, loadSession, and loadOrganization are the worst of it. They type request.user, request.session, and request.organization on the callback, and those are always undefined at runtime.
This PR removes the leftovers that do nothing and keeps the types that still work.
RootAuthLoader has two overloads now, (args) and (args, callback).
RequestWithAuth no longer has the load* conditional fields, so request.user, request.session, and request.organization aren't typed anymore.
RootAuthLoaderOptions is now a deprecated alias of ClerkMiddlewareOptions, since people may use it to type the options they pass to clerkMiddleware(). The loadUser, loadSession, and loadOrganization flags are gone from it.
RootAuthLoaderCallback, LoaderFunctionArgsWithAuth, and RequestWithAuth keep their Options generic so existing annotations still compile. It just doesn't change anything now.
I kept the typeof callback === 'function' check at runtime. If a JS caller, or someone casting past the types, still passes an options object, the loader ignores it like it does today instead of crashing with "handler is not a function".
This ships as a minor. The only builds it breaks are calls that pass options to rootAuthLoader(), which never did anything, code that sets the load* flags, which did nothing either, and reads of request.user/session/organization, which were always undefined.

Walkthrough
The rootAuthLoader overloads no longer accept an options argument. Its implementation treats the optional second argument as a callback only when it is a function. RequestWithAuth no longer adds session, user, or organization fields based on load flags. RootAuthLoaderOptions is now an alias of ClerkMiddlewareOptions and is documented as deprecated for rootAuthLoader. A test checks that passing an object still returns a result containing clerkState.
A minor type-safety issue remains, but no runtime regression or material availability risk is established.

fix(react-router): remove the ignored rootAuthLoader options

Before, the options-only and loadUser calls compiled cleanly. After, only those calls fail to typecheck, and the (args) and (args, callback) forms still compile.

🤖 AI review (confirmed) (95%): The RequestWithAuth type previously included conditional intersection arms (loadSession, loadUser, loadOrganization) that exposed session, user, and organization fields on request.auth; these are now removed, so consumers who accessed those fields will get type errors.
Migration: Remove any references to request.session, request.user, or request.organization on RequestWithAuth; access these values through the Clerk auth object directly.

🤖 AI review (confirmed) (90%): RootAuthLoaderOptions is used as a constraint/input type parameter; removing the previously optional loadUser, loadSession, and loadOrganization properties from it is structurally non-breaking for callers passing objects, but consumers who explicitly typed their options as RootAuthLoaderOptions and relied on those properties being part of the type will get errors when those properties no longer exist on the type.
Migration: Remove loadUser, loadSession, and loadOrganization from any objects typed as RootAuthLoaderOptions; retrieve session, user, and organization data through alternative Clerk APIs.

Curious about the minor version bump here: could removing RootAuthLoaderOptions also break someone who only uses it to type an options object passed to clerkMiddleware()? That usage would work at runtime, even though passing options to rootAuthLoader() does nothing. Would it make sense to keep the type as a deprecated alias for now? @wobsoriano

Replace the any default on RootAuthLoaderCallback.
RootAuthLoaderCallback defaults Options to any. The repository TypeScript rules say to avoid any and that "No any types without justification." This changed line has no justification.
Options does not affect the callback type, because RequestWithAuth does not use _Options. Defaulting to RootAuthLoaderOptions keeps the same typing and assignability.
