Select Remote BLAST database raises KeyError: None until an application was chosen #6
Description
Claude reports: running "BioPythonUtils: Select Remote BLAST database" in a fresh session fails:
File ".../BioPythonUtils.sublime-package/BioPythonUtils.py", line 450, in run
blast_info[blast_app], setBlastDatabase)
KeyError: None
blast_app is only filled from remote_blast_app inside RemoteBlastCommand.run (line 393); SelectBlastDatabase and setBlastDatabase read the global directly, so it is still None.
Fix: load the defaults from the settings in plugin_loaded() (or in SelectBlastDatabase.run when blast_app is None).
Tested on Sublime Text build 4215 (portable, Windows), plugin host Python 3.14, installed through the Package Control Install Package picker (BioPythonUtils 2017.12.18.15.00.45, which already contains the fixes for #3), then removed again. Line numbers are those of BioPythonUtils.py on master (de058c4).
