Get Sequences by Id returns the records in completion order, not the order of the ids #17
Claude reports: Get Sequences by Id puts the records in the order the downloads finish, not the order of the ids that were selected.
Observed: with Entrez.efetch replaced by a fake that only adds a delay (2 s for id FIRST, none for SECOND; no other change), selecting FIRST SECOND produced a tab with RECORD-SECOND first and RECORD-FIRST second. The same function run on its own with two threads gives the same result. (Result written with append, because of #4.)
Cause: handle_threads (lines 129-147) appends a thread's result as soon as the thread is found finished, and only re-checks the still-running threads on the next pass.
Fix: collect [t.result for t in threads] in the original thread order once all of them have finished.
Tested on Sublime Text build 4215 (portable, Windows), plugin host Python 3.14, installed through Package Control (BioPythonUtils 2017.12.18.15.00.45, which contains the fixes for #3). Line numbers are those of BioPythonUtils.py on master (de058c4).
