README says default entrez_retmax is 20, settings file ships 1000; Search logs the wrong record count #16

Claude reports: the README and the default settings disagree about entrez_retmax.

• README line 72: "The default maximum number of records downloaded is 20". BioPythonUtils.sublime-settings ships "entrez_retmax": "1000".
• README line 19 shows the value as a number (1000), the settings file as a string ("1000").
• Related: the Search command logs Entrez download: 3 records (line 85, uses ids['Count']) although only 2 records were downloaded with entrez_retmax 2. It should log len(ids['IdList']).

Tested on Sublime Text build 4215 (portable, Windows), plugin host Python 3.14, installed through Package Control (BioPythonUtils 2017.12.18.15.00.45, which contains the fixes for #3). Line numbers are those of BioPythonUtils.py on master (de058c4).
