Translate rejects IUPAC ambiguity codes such as N #15
Claude reports: Translate refuses any sequence that contains an IUPAC ambiguity code. Selection ATGNCCGGG shows the dialog Invalid characters in sequence 1: N. validate_nt() (lines 484-491) only accepts G A T C U, and Seq(..., IUPAC.unambiguous_dna) (line 315) is the unambiguous alphabet. Real sequence data often contains N and the other ambiguity codes.
Fix: validate against IUPAC.ambiguous_dna letters and build the Seq with that alphabet, or say in the README that only GATCU is accepted.
Tested on Sublime Text build 4215 (portable, Windows), plugin host Python 3.14, installed through Package Control (BioPythonUtils 2017.12.18.15.00.45, which contains the fixes for #3). Line numbers are those of BioPythonUtils.py on master (de058c4).
