Summary

  • Update the release disclosure validator to require the owner-approved shared-origin risk decision instead of the obsolete “pending decision” marker.
  • Refresh the checklist and runbook with current GitHub state: PR Prepare Gridshift 0.2.3 public PWA release #1 is merged to main, Pages is disabled, the first Pages run skipped deployment, and the disclosure validator caused the quality run to stop.
  • Keep the app's shared-origin warning and the owner’s accepted-risk record intact.

Local validation

  • python3 scripts/validate_release_disclosures.py passes.
  • python3 scripts/validate_pwa.py, calculation hand checks, exact Pages artifact validation, JavaScript syntax checks, all 19 Node tests, and git diff --check pass in the worktree.

Still open

This fix does not enable Pages or deploy the app. Live host checks, supported-device evidence, utility workflow review, full accessibility review, and final public deployment approval remain open.
