Language server reports itself as 100% starting, not Ready #108
Description
With the upgrade to eclipse.jdt.ls v0.39.0, the language server now incorrectly sends an extra "100% starting" message after its "Ready" message. That's the last one we see, and so that's the one that's displayed on the status bar. Example:
