What changed in this PR
Updates Arrow’s Homebrew formulae to match homebrew-core, addressing the OpenSSL dependency conflict blocking the homebrew-cpp nightly job in #55374.
Changes:
- Switches the C++ formula to
openssl@4, addssimdjson, and updates Linux compression dependencies. - Aligns compiler, linker, allocator, and CPU compatibility settings with upstream.
- Disables network access during GLib formula builds and tests.
