Stacked on #506.
Why
The coverage inventory still listed stored-readout filtering, temporal regression functions, and per-step duplicate checks as gaps after their implementations landed on integration.
What
Reconcile those claims and document floating intent-parameter persistence. This PR uses a frozen code-complete integration base so it stays available for human review.
Before this PR
The guide said stored filters/sets failed closed and subquery duplicate checks were absent.
After this PR
The guide describes metric-name cleanup, per-step identity checks, and deriv/predict_linear behavior; unrelated remaining gaps stay listed.
Validation
Checked the text against the implementation and focused regression coverage.
