Describe the bug

The load_nvidia_dynamic_lib fails to load cupti64_2026.1.2.dll as it is not in the supported list.

How to Reproduce

1. Install nvidia-cuda-cupti==13.2.86 and cuda-pathfinder in a fresh environment on windows
2. Run the below repro code

import cuda.pathfinder
cuda.pathfinder.load_nvidia_dynamic_lib(cupti)

3. Fails to load the cupti dll

Expected behavior

cupti64_2026.1.2.dll should load from site-packages
