Closes #2633.

Turning Bluetooth off briefly on purpose (a meeting, a service, at night) set off a critical alarm immediately. The Bluetooth Off alert is now:

  • delayed 10 minutes (AlertManager.bluetoothPoweredOffAlertDelay). Turning Bluetooth back on before then retracts the pending alert, as before.
  • time sensitive instead of critical, so it no longer breaks through silent mode or Focus.

The Bluetooth permission-denied alert is unchanged. Longer outages are still covered by the Loop not running alerts (time sensitive at 30 minutes, critical at 65) and CGM signal loss alerts.

Tests

  • testBluetoothPoweredOffIssuesDelayedTimeSensitiveAlert
  • testBluetoothPoweredOnRetractsAlert

All 22 AlertManagerTests pass on the iOS simulator.

Turning Bluetooth off briefly on purpose (a meeting, a service, at night)
set off a critical alarm immediately. Issue it after 10 minutes as a
time-sensitive alert instead; turning Bluetooth back on before then
retracts the pending alert. Longer outages are still covered by the
Loop not running and missing glucose alerts.
