Uses CGMManagerDelegate.supportsWatchDirectRead(for:). Apps that don't implement it, such as Trio, no longer show the option.

showsWatchDirectReadnow requirescgmManagerDelegate?.supportsWatchDirectRead(for:) == true. Apps that don't support reading on the watch, such as Trio, no longer show the option, even if a G7 state carried over with it on.Depends on LoopKit/LoopKit#673; Loop opts in with LoopKit/Loop#2632.
