docs(roadmap): the ADR-0007 umbrella's trackers moved on 2026-09-09 (#101) - #423

Three things changed under the ADR-0007 umbrella in one day, and its roadmap paragraph recorded none of them: - #265 closed on the decision and #414 is now the domain's build tracker. The paragraph still pointed everything at #265 and never said "not built". - zion is bought (#413, a TS150), so ADR-0027's deferral of PBS is no longer waiting on a purchase. Its trigger is the NAS answering on 10.0.40.30. network.md's CasaBonita row still said "not yet bought"; #420 updated hardware.md and the roadmap but not that line. - #418's SSDs are bought against the ninety-IOPS number the domain's duty cycle rests on. The fit re-derives it; the purchase does not, and the paragraph now says which.
