Cherry-picks #2900 from dev, that commit only — dev carries unrelated work in flight.

GetBlock says the endpoints they gave us sit on their Enterprise plan. Nine live pages said "a Starter plan, 50M CU per month, 20 CU per call".

before : GetBlock: a Starter plan, 50M CU per month shared by the three
probe regions, 20 CU per call
after : GetBlock: an endpoint on the Enterprise plan, shared by the three
         probe regions
tag : Starter plan, 50M CU per month, plan disclosed
-> Enterprise plan endpoint provided, plan disclosed

The quota goes rather than being restated under the new plan name. Those figures describe Starter, nobody told us the Enterprise allowance, and inventing one would repeat the mistake being corrected — twice over, since this is the third plan claim in this block to turn out wrong. What survives is what matters for reading the numbers: the probe regions share one account, so they share whatever the limit is.

GetBlock joins the provision sentence: "Chainstack, GetBlock and QuickNode provided their endpoints." Three of the four keyed providers handed us access; only Alchemy is a signup any reader can repeat, which is the distinction this block exists to draw.

pnpm validate 245 specs. Needs a worker rebuild after merge for the text to reach the pages.

…2900)

Third correction in the same disclosure block, and the third time it came
from the provider rather than from us. GetBlock says the endpoints they gave
us sit on their Enterprise plan; nine specs said "a Starter plan, 50M CU per
month, 20 CU per call".

The quota goes with it rather than being restated under the new plan name.
Those figures describe Starter, nobody told us what the Enterprise allowance
is, and inventing one would repeat the mistake being corrected. What survives
is the part that matters for reading the numbers: the probe regions share a
single account, so they share whatever the limit is.

GetBlock joins the provision sentence. Three of the four keyed providers
handed us access; only Alchemy is a signup any reader can repeat, which is
the distinction that block exists to draw.
