Zig 0.17+ #7

This is a cool project. A native way to do jni calls sure beats c bindings. I am just trying to work out if I bind to the c libs or if I can use a zig package for jni.

I don't know a lot about JNI, is the api on the java side stable enough that this package can be easily updated?
