radiation protection doesn’t work at all #22637

Reproduction:
Description: Happened in two separate rounds, both instances I was in the reactor core pool tossing control rods and inserting them. First round I was wearing a rad suit the entire time I was exposed to any radiation, but still got insanely radiated, and in the second round the same thing happened apart from me being in an engineering hardsuit this time.

This has been happening to me every round I do anything rad related in atmospherics without fail for the past couple of days aswell
