Performance testing on large directories #8

No benchmarks yet. Test against:

• A Rails app (deep nesting, many folders)
• A Node project with node_modules/ (thousands of files, directories that should be hidden by default)

The lazy loading + ignore patterns + budget-based prefetch should handle these, but needs validation.
