### Broadcast chat removal events for X Activity API

Today, we added the `broadcast.chat.remove` event to the [X Activity API](https://docs.x.com/x-api/activity/introduction). Subscribe by User ID with the `broadcast.read` scope to be notified in real time when the host or a moderator removes a chat message from a broadcast the user owns. The payload carries the `broadcast_id` and the `message_id` of the removed message.
The [X Activity API](/x-api/activity/introduction) now emits a `broadcast.chat.remove` event when the host or a moderator removes a chat message from a broadcast the user owns.

See [Event payloads](/x-api/activity/event-payloads#broadcast-chat-remove) for a sample delivery.
- Private event: subscribe by User ID with the `broadcast.read` scope, same as `broadcast.chat`
- Payload includes the `broadcast_id` and the `message_id` of the removed message
- [Deleting a chat message](/livestream-api/chat/delete-chat-message) through the Livestream API also fires this event

See [Event payloads](/x-api/activity/event-payloads#broadcast-chat-remove) for a sample delivery and [Accessing live chat](/livestream-api/chat/accessing-live-chat#step-4-receive-removed-message-events) to handle removals in your chat client.
