Rebuild with the OpenSSH fix for the Sshole login bypass

The images now include the OpenSSH packages Alpine Linux rebuilt on 5 November 2026. They fix a password-login bypass ("Sshole") that affects musl-based systems running OpenSSH without PAM: an account with no password could accept a long, wrong password.

SSH password logins are off by default in this image, so default configurations were not exposed. Upgrade promptly if you enabled password logins with SSHD_PASSWORD_AUTHENTICATION=yes.

python updates: 3.15.1 -> 3.15.2 (fixes CVE-2026-115557)

Also rebuilt against updated official Python base images.

Rebuild Python 3.11 through 3.15 images and development variants with refreshed Alpine packages, including Brotli decoder security fixes.
