Use .js.org domain instead of .github.io #29

Open

Description

@typed-sigterm

GFW sometimes blocks *.github.io or make it very slow, applying a free .js.org domain can partially solve this.

Or if you have time, migrating to Netlify/Vercel would also help a lot.

    It's improved a lot:

    domain timeout node count (test on ITDog)
    vscode-elements.github.io 49 / 163
    vscode-elements.netlify.app 12 / 163
    if not using public domain 1 0 / 163

    Footnotes

    1. test w/ 30dayjavascript.js.org, CNAME from 30dayjavascript.netlify.app. GFW is unlikely to block the whole js.org because it's listed in publicsuffix.org ↩
