there's a missing compilance report pdf export on v11 compilance section

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

compilance report controls must also have its compilance report export button

Current Behavior

there's only a full framework report pdf export

Reproduction Steps

• go to compilance report
• go to a framework
• review its controls
