incident, alerts view on alerts not working

Describe the bug

seing the alerts linked to an incident in the alerts view is not showing the right alerts or the filters are missing

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

clicking see in alerts on an incident related alerts must redirect to the alerts view with only those alerts filtered out

Current Behavior

clicking that is redirecting and with some filters applied but all alerts are still visible instead of only letting the requested alerts to be shown

Reproduction Steps

• go to threat-management/incidents
• open any incident
• go to its alerts
• click see in alerts
