Summary
Retrigger the normal main-branch release pipeline for API 4.37.10 after release PR #2133 merged without a push workflow run.
Why This Exists
OS-1044 API fix #2141 passed QA and merged. Release PR #2133 updated package versions and release notes, but no push workflow or release tag appeared for its merge revision.
Resolution
Add one empty commit through a pull request so the existing main workflow can build and publish the release.
Reviewer Considerations
The commit has the same tree as main. Release publication must still pass the existing build, test, packaging, and production publication jobs.

Retriggers CI and the existing release process. No application behavior changes.

One empty commit. No source, dependency, or workflow changes.
Verification
The branch tree matches main, the working tree is clean, and the remote branch matches the local commit. Main CI for #2141 passed, including tests and artifacts. The dependency audit remains advisory.
