ASoC: SOF: Intel: optimise jack detection

1. No need to schedule jack-checking work upon every runtime PM
   resume, it should only be checked when the status indicates a
   change.
2. The additional HDA codec mask isn't needed, just check the codec
   table.
3. Use u32 for the type of the "status" bitfield.
