PGA volume seems to be set for right channel only #92
Description
I've noticed this on Up2 with PCM512x and the WM8804 codec I am working on, by default the left volume is not set:
root@ubilinux4:~# amixer -Dhw:0 cset numid=1
numid=1,iface=MIXER,name='PGA1.0 Master Playback Volume 1'
; type=INTEGER,access=rw---R--,values=2,min=0,max=32,step=0
: values=0,32
| dBscale-min=-64.00dB,step=2.00dB,mute=1
Not clear to me why the left and right values are not set to the same values, there must be some sort of mixer init/topology issue here.

I test with latest code base(kernel: sof-dev c3ba91f,sof stable-1.2 40f974 and soft d77beaf).
apl@UP-02:~$ amixer -D hw:0 cset numid=1
numid=1,iface=MIXER,name='Digital Playback Volume'
; type=INTEGER,access=rw---R--,values=2,min=0,max=255,step=0
: values=230,230
| dBscale-min=-103.50dB,step=0.50dB,mute=1
The left and right values are set to the same values.
Seems this issue has been fixed.

the two commands are not exactly same, name='Digital Playback Volume' vs name='PGA1.0 Master Playback Volume 1', does it matter? @ZhendanYang

The mixer names are different but the id for Pierre's "PGA1.0 Master Playback Volume 1" and Zhendan's 'Digital Playback Volume'. @ZhendanYang could you attach the list of all mixers (amixer)?
