[BUG][HDA] the registers have been set twice in hda_dsp_probe #893

in sound/soc/sof/intel/hda.c hda_dsp_probe
The steps:

1. link reset
2. clear stream status
3. clear WAKESTS
4. clear interrupt status register
5. enable CIE and GIE interrupts
   has been done twice in hda_dsp_probe, if IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_SND_SOC_SOF_HDA) is true
   first it is set by snd_hdac_bus_init_chip, and then it is set by the common code.
