Upstream: snd_pcm_suspend is static after apply Takashi latest proposal patches#550

Takashi submitted a serial patches that make snd_pcm_suspend be static. Our code need changes to avoid calling snd_pcm_suspend or submit a patch to let snd_pcm_suspend be not static.

    fixed, we are no longer using snd_pcm_suspend and use pm_ops instead.
