[BUG] [TGL] [SDW]: max98373-sdw initialization not complete, playback failure post jack unplug  #2234

Describe the bug
On TGL-Chrome-Reference-Proto-2 board with max98373-sdw Patches (DSM-series + PM-series), updated kernel observes to have issues with max98373-sdw speaker audio playback post headset unplug.

To Reproduce:
Unzip & Flash Coreboot: image-volteer.serial_ww26_R85-13299.0.0.zip
Update Kernel: Based on SoF_v0.6 + RTD3-DSM series(PR#2201+PR#2178+PR#2202+PR#2172+PR#2123)

Test-Scenario:

1. Boot to ChromeOS & Playback on Speaker – PASS
2. Plug Jack Headset – Audio routes to Headset – PASS
3. Unplug Headset – Audio is not heard on Speaker – FAIL (with log: max98373 sdw:1:19f:8373:0:7: Initialization not complete, timed out)
4. re-Plug Jack Headset – Audio routes to Headset – PASS
5. Unplug Headset – Audio is not heard on Speaker – FAIL (no max98373 log)

Initial Analysis:
According to log, sdw link1 (98373 link) was not resumed, which works only after bootup.
