Headset jack is always on even after boot up system without headset connected

To Reproduce

1. No headset connected.
2. Do system reboot via "sudo reboot"
3. 'amixer contents ' to check headset jack status.

Headset jack is on when not connected

Headset Mic jack should be off when not connected.

Topology: Same with FW branch, sof-cml-rt711-rt1308-rt715.tplg
platform: CML Laptop with codec ALC711, 2 x RT1308, RT715 in SDW mode

No message update when plug in or unplug headset.
