Release Drive Bridge 0.1.1 with the protocol-2 lifecycle implementation required by the current desktop. Integrate the previously merged lifecycle work and the local fix that keeps passive Explorer directory handles from blocking detach. The prior 0.1.0 release was built without those changes and is incompatible with the current desktop.

Manifest generation and version output derive the protocol from the SDK; packaging checks each binary's reported version/protocol. Release CI now requires native WinFsp acceptance against the release executable. Dependency license texts are generated from the locked Cargo sources.

Validation: optimized 0.1.1 binary passed the native Windows suite (I/O, mapped memory, errors, busy detach and pipe-loss cleanup), with only the explicitly privileged volume-flush subtest omitted locally. Bridge workspace tests and Clippy pass. A new probe using the current desktop SDK and real Windows SFTP host passed native mount, 108 KiB write/read, independent SFTP verification, busy detach, ordinary detach and fixture cleanup.

Known limitation recorded in README and release notes: Windows SFTP rejects a second reader while a writable remote handle remains open, and native rename in the tested workflow. Rejected rename preserved source bytes. These do not pass merely because equivalent local-provider tests pass. Native macOS runtime acceptance remains pending.

One manual release run will build all four platform packages and run native Windows acceptance before publication; automatic duplicate PR builds are skipped for this verified release preparation.

Explorer keeps passive, read-only folder handles open, which blocked detach
after every file had been closed. Only file contexts and directory
contexts with mutation access now hold the detach gate; the native test
keeps a browsing folder open across detach.

Mounting also refuses drive letters of remembered, disconnected network
drives (WNetGetConnectionW), and the native harness skips them.

SHELLCANVAS_SKIP_PRIVILEGED_VOLUME_FLUSH=1 explicitly omits only the
elevated direct volume-flush subtest for ordinary desktop accounts; CI
keeps it enabled. The native Windows suite passes locally with it set.
