Adds a Database package icon to the app manifest and rebuilt package. ShellCanvas already renders declared app icons in the launcher, so new installs receive the icon without desktop changes. The repository fingerprint was updated and verified against the committed package and four native adapter manifests.
Validation: app build and repository integrity check passed. The native adapter remains at 0.1.1; this package-only change does not alter its binary.
