Adds a distinct Assistant app icon and bumps the package to 0.1.8 so installed users can receive it as an update. The vendored app SDK is refreshed to 0.1.14 because the previous tarball did not support icons. The prebuilt package and repository fingerprint are updated.
Validation: app build and all 29 tests passed; repository package generation passed.
