Owned source gates must keep Git selection rules and exact APM exclusions without hiding additions beside deployed content. Keep the existing filter and a frozen shell fallback so older consumer binaries continue to work throughout the compatibility window. Move owned-source selection and lint dispatch to
agentrepo lint-source-files. Keep the existing Python APM filter and a frozen shell fallback behind the capability probe.Why
Owned additions beside deployed content must remain eligible without linting vendored content. Consumers with older binary pins need the existing selection behavior throughout the N-2 compatibility window.
