Update documentation with file object use for document publish #768
Description
After this enhancement #704 i am assuming we can upload file objects directly to workbook publish method. But I don't see that in the documentation. Also, sample usage would be helpful.

Closing — this was addressed in #1488 (docs: workbook docstrings).
workbooks.publishnow documents the file-object case explicitly, with the requiredworkbook_item.namecaveat when passing a file object rather than a path. See the current docstring at tableauserverclient/server/endpoint/workbooks_endpoint.py,Workbooks.publish.
